TANNA ISLAND SINGLE ORIGIN
All three coffees come from the same single-origin harvest on Tanna Island. What changes is the roast. By carefully extending the roast time by a few minutes, we allow the natural sugars in the bean to caramelise differently, shaping flavour, depth and mouthfeel. The result is three distinct expressions of the same coffee, each smooth, clean and balanced, never bitter.
