Our Medium Roast is the most direct expression of Tanna Coffee’s origin.
Roasted for approximately 25–26 minutes, this profile allows the natural sugars in the bean to caramelise gently, preserving clarity and balance. The cup is crisp and clean, with a smooth body, nutty notes and soft chocolate undertones. Bright without sharpness, deep without heaviness. Our Medium Roast is an easy and elegant coffee that is beautifully balanced and expressive.
