Our Dark Roast offers a deeper, more intense expression of the same single-origin coffee.
Our Dark Roast is roasted slightly longer around 26–28 minutes depending on the bean’s moisture, allowing the sugars to develop into a darker caramel which create a sharper sensation on the tongue and a bolder flavour profile. Despite its depth, the cup remains smooth and balanced, with no bitterness. Rich, full-bodied and satisfying, with pronounced nutty character and darker chocolate notes.
